We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EcommerceNomads.net. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:  

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns  
- You may request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your order.  
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.  

2. How to Initiate a Return  
1. Contact us at ecommercenomads97@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We'll provide a return address and instructions.  
3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.  

3. Refund Process  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).  

4. Exchanges  
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item and place a new order.  

5. Non-Refundable Items  
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.  

6. Faulty or Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
