Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (UK). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £25.00.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your package.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or remote locations with limited carrier access.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If your order is lost in transit, please allow 5 additional business days before reporting. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
